Good afternoon Awaken Church,

I wanted to send you a quick note to let you know that we will be canceling our service for tomorrow morning.

While the weather forecasts are somewhat conflicting, they are pointing toward significant snowfall in our area. More than the weather itself, my primary concern is for those who travel a considerable distance to serve and to worship with us each Sunday. With several of our key volunteers coming from out of town, I don’t want anyone to feel pressure to be on the roads in less-than-ideal travel conditions.

I am very much looking forward to worshiping with you all next Sunday and can’t wait to see you soon.
